Put incoming
data in order.
Turn attachments, forms, and files into usable records.
Month-to-month. Built for the long term.

Two sources for one delivery.
Follow the incoming file
- Collect the source. Pick up the attachment from an agreed inbox, accept a form, or retrieve a file through an authorized API. Preserve its source reference.
- Extract and match. Read the delivery fields, match the supplier and site, and check whether the same document has already arrived. Keep missing units visible rather than inventing them.
- Route a usable record. Send a reviewed record to the agreed destination. Retry temporary failures within limits, check the delivery result, and prevent duplicate submissions.
A new file arrives.
The work has a path.
Document automation begins with the formats and exceptions you actually receive.
- 1
Connect the inbox.
Agree which folders, forms, and APIs to read.
- 2
Read the fields.
Extract values and keep their source references.
- 3
Resolve the gaps.
Match records and flag missing information.
- 4
Route the result.
Send usable data to the next system or team.
An intake exception
A new format.
A better next run.
A supplier moves the quantity into a note and leaves the unit unclear. The record needs review.
When a record needs review
The missing unit stays unresolved until there is evidence for it. Other records can follow their own review path.
The team investigates
Find the value in the source and confirm the missing unit.
The parser improves
Add the new layout to the extraction examples and tests.
The batch continues
Resume the record and verify that it arrives only once.
Start with a sample
of what arrives.
The source format tells us where to begin.
Can you process scans and different file layouts?
We review representative samples first. PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, email attachments, and form submissions can call for different extraction methods. Unreadable or unsupported inputs need a clear review path; we do not promise every format will work without adjustment.
What if extraction or an API request fails?
The workflow records the failure, retries temporary issues within limits, and can try another supported extraction method. Repeated failures go to our team. Before retrying a write, we check how to avoid creating duplicate records.
How is this different from email task automation?
This service follows files and fields into structured records: extracting a delivery quantity, matching a supplier, and routing a record. Email task automation follows conversations, priorities, and follow-up actions. The two can connect when the work calls for both.
Can one batch contain several suppliers or file types?
Yes, where included in the agreed scope. We separate records, apply the appropriate parser and checks, and retain the relationship to each source. Your feedback helps us add new document types without treating the whole batch as one undifferentiated file.
